The annual translation contest ‘Shades of Meaning’, organized by the English Department of the Faculty of Leters, History and Theology of the West University of Timișoara offers students studying English at university a competitive framework for testing their literary and non-literary translation skills.
The contest facilitates the interaction of WUT students with students taking a degree in English at other Romanian universities.
